Does a household member need to be present at the time of the repair in order for Hayes Properties to have permission to enter my rental home to complete this repair?

Yes - Please Note: A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged to the tenant if a household member is not home for the appointment.

10:30 AM - 12:20 PM

12:30 PM - 2:30 PM

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM - Note: Only available for minor repairs, maintenance, or pest control.
