  • Our company may ask you to provide 3 months of your most recent employment payment records. If you are self-employed, you will be asked to provide your last tax returns as well as 3 months’ worth of bank statement.

Pets

  • Pet Deposit: $250.00

  • Cats allowed, Dogs are not allowed.

  • Service/ESA/Support Animals will be verified by 3rd party medical vet; and are exempt from the pet deposit and additional monthly charge for pets.

  • What could lead to denial or require additional review?

    • ​If we find evictions, unpaid balances due to landlords, credit scores beneath 580, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, and recent bankruptcies. Unqualified occupants and/or certain breeds of pets can also be a reason for decline. If there is a felony, drug conviction, or eviction within the past 5 years, the application will be automatically denied.
