Please read the Rental Requirements and FAQ pages first. If you have any questions concerning the rental process, contact us at: 559-739-8450, prior to applying.

To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide information on each applicant’s: monthly income, Social Security Card number, history of your previous employment and last residences, as well as contact information for your rental references.

If you would like to provide more information or explain one of your answers on the application in more detail, please send that information to properties888@aol.com. It will be attached to your application.

Important Information:

Please note, you will not receive a call about your application unless we have a question concerning something on your application or we are considering renting to you. We will attempt to contact an applicant two times and will leave a voicemail. Please make sure your voicemail box is setup.

Please contact your employers, property owner or managers that you have listed on your application of your application and give them permission to release personal and financial information about you to our company. Let them know they may receive a call from our company in regards to information about you.

Each Applicant over the age of 18 must complete their own application form.
- If you have children, please list them under additional tenants.
- Occupancy - 2 persons per bedroom plus one additional person.

What could lead to denial or require additional review?
- If we find evictions, unpaid balances due to landlords, credit scores beneath 580, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, and recent bankruptcies, unqualified occupants and/or certain breeds of pets can also be a reason for decline. If there is a felony, drug conviction, or eviction within the past 5 years, the application will be automatically declined. Incomplete applications will not be submitted or processed.
